Dear Hiflux team,
I would like to use your valves for a new project, focused on Supercritical CO2 chromatography.
As I'm new with your product and their classification, I would like to have your guide at the beginning.
I'm interested in buying 25/30 valves in total and some spare ferrules.
Models are:
NV15PRS06-S (straight valve, 3/8" pipe ports, 15000 psi, SS 316, metal to metal, regulation)
NV15PRS02-S (same but 1/8")
NV15PRS04-S (same but 1/4")
AOV-NV15PVCS04-D (3 way 2 stem needle valve, 1/4" pipe ports, SS 316, metal to metal, vee, 2 x pneumatic actuators, normally closed)
If I understood correctly, they are metal to metal, but I din't find information about packing. Is it compatible with supercritical CO2 and a mix supercritical CO2+ 50% ethanol?
Then, same question for the BPR 4000.
In the web there are only two options, ABPR-10000 and ABPR-20000. Then, options are available for O-ring, Urethane, NBR, Viton, Silicone.
In the catalog , there is a table with specific CO2 models (BPR6000), but no specifications about what material is used for O-rings and seals.
I need ABPR, 1/4" pipe ports, SS 316, 6000 psi minimum, good for supercritical CO2 only and a mix of supercritical CO2+ 50% ethanol.
Can you suggest the correct model?
Finally the rupture disks.
HPRD11500 is the head, but I did'n find the way to buy the disk (1500 psi). How it works?
For the ferrule it should be: FA60GS04-AV (1/4")
Please check my numbering to see if they are correct or not.
Thank you.
