The pressure rating of valves with LOK end connections is determined by the tubing material and thickness.
The valve's pressure rating is sometimes limited by the operating pressure of the connected tubing and end connections.
Valves with standard Vee & Ball are designed for use in either fully open or fully closed positions.
All valves are factory-tested with nitrogen gas at 1000 psig (69 bar).
The maximum allowable seat leakage is 0.1 SCCM.

AssemblyWe will guide you through the assembly process of fitting and tube.

1. Fully insert the tube into the fitting and against the shoulder; rotate the nut finger-tight. 2. Mark the nut at the 6 o’clock position. 3. While holding the fitting body steady, tighten the nut one and one-quarter turns to the 9 o’clock position.
